As the title states I
am VERY dissapointed with Anime
Galaxy's serivce.
A month ago, I ordered a cel, and
got payment off a five days later.
The money order arrived about four days
late because of a few problems with our post office.
I e-mailed him three days after sending payment
telling him that my payment would be late and appologized
for the delay in advance.
I never heard any word what so ever until
today, when I received my money back and
a slighty nasty
letter saying that since my payment did not
get received within the two week max, Steve had
been forced to sell it to someone else.
Now I know that he is moving back to the US,
but out of the dozens of people I have placed an
order with, never have I run across anyone that
does things in such a way or gives so little time if there
is a problem.
I am slightly upset, and I hope this doesn't happen to
anyone else.
But on a lighter side
there are many far better cels
out there..just gotta fine em. ^_^
