Hi all!!

I have a question I hope some one can help me with.  I have
found a Black Lady cel that I would like to buy, but I am
told it does not have a cel id# or any other identification
on it.  Does this mean that it is most likely a promotional
cel and was not used in the making of a Sailor Moon episode?

I really want a Black Lady cel, but it involves a lot of 
money.  I think it is overpriced for a promotional cel but
fairly reasonably priced for an actual production cel.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
