nah, it's not anyone's fault.  I'll just have to admire Hime from afar.  
  As for Artworks Osaka, I have dealt with them before.  some great cels come from there!  I know a little Japanese, so I was able to make my request.  
They know basic English, so most of the e-mails were in English.  Fast and GREAT prices.  
If you can put the initial request into Japanese and English, it puts you on a better rapport with them.  I like them!
