Panic Media Mix lists cels from Nausicca in their
advertisement. If I remember correctly, they listed the
price as 40,000 Yen ($357 US at today's rate)-- I don't
know if that means "starting at 40,000 Yen", or if it means
most cels are that price. (They're located in Osaka, Japan.
For their address/contact info, visit the offline dealers
section of the cels guide. Unfortunately, unlike Artworks
Osaka, I've heard that they don't have anyone who speaks/reads
English.
