I feel your pain - we have 40-50 peacocks at
work that roam the grounds, and they are
definitely in the middle of mating season.  They
aren't the smartest birds to begin with (such
a small head on a big body...hmm...) but during
mating season the males are especially 
agressive.  One of them spends his entire day
beating his head against our window - he thinks
his reflection is another bird, and he's trying
to show him "who's boss."  Several people have
been startled when they open the door and
the bird "pounces" them.

People on the telephone always ask if I work
at the zoo... the darned things are so LOUD.
But the chicks are so cute.  =)

Anyway... here is the only bird in my collection,
and you'd better believe she'd rip you apart. =)
