Yes, there is always somebody foolish enough to
bid excessively high on something not worth the
monetary value they are bidding it. If you really
want it bid higher it is as simple as that. None
of us here in the USA know what is going on in the
minds of people bidding in JP, anymore than people
in the USA... so ultimately, who cares!
