Regarding the admittedly funny Clinton joke, 
consider this.  Clinton had sex, fibbed about it, 
and got impeached.  The respective Bushes and 
their oh-so-excellent predecessor (who was that? 
I forget) repeatedly violated the Constitution of 
which they are supposedly the chief protector and 
defender, and nobody gives a hoot.
