Slander is false. What happened to Lain is true. 
It is indeed warning others about the seller's 
actions. Others can choose to purchase from the 
seller, that is their free will. But this 
particular transaction went sour through no fault 
of Lain's and she chose to post about it. Not 
slander. 

So the seller refunded her and has sent cels out 
to other buyers no problem. Great! No one is 
disputing that. The seller's decision to sell to 
the second in line after a transaction has 
already been confirmed with the first buyer is 
what the case in hand is.

Looks like we all agree on something though.
