Sorry to hear about the not replying situation.

Did you try to contact them here on the board?  I 
know that people with aol accounts always have 
problems with emails.  I come across this myself. 
I know this is no excuse but it could be the 
reason. Also, I am suprised about Tanya, she is 
pretty good about answering emails.
