Do to my frustration at the high number of 
people that seem to think it is ok to order cels 
and then never pay or reply to emails I have 
started a blacklist on my website.

Hopefully this will help a few people grow up 
and learn to not order things unless they have 
the money to pay for them.  And if for some 
reason you find that you have an emergency and 
do not have the money atleast have the decency 
to email me and let me know.
