Hello Kim, thanks a bunch for your advice. To
answer your question, the set is worth $30, which
is the price it ended for, definitely not $120.
Over $35 were on fees alone.
I sent them pictures of the cels along with their
matching sketches (were stuck to the backs of
them) and that "quote" was what they said after I
e-mailed them the pictures of all the cels. Since
then, they haven't responded to my e-mails.
They charged the additional fees on my credit
card. So, it wouldn't be a problem to ask the CC
company to stop the payment and just sign a form.
I am trying to determine if I am in the right on
this situation to do so. It did come with cels
and I saw nowhere on their site saying that if the
seller does not give a "good" description, then
they can assume that it isn't a cel and charge the
full fees. |
