Many many months ago, somebody ordered a cel 
from me and sent payment. It never arrived 
though. It was sent cash, registered. I also got 
a postal research paper as he was getting just 
as worried as I was. 
To my email about the postal inquiry (months ago 
and months after payment was sent), he didn't 
respond.

Now I do feel bad about selling the cel to 
somebody else as he paid. But what use have I 
got of a payment that never arrived?

Really, what should I do?
