Well spoiled me, I got one for Christmas and I 
just adore it. I'm a totally technically impaired 
person and I can figure out practically 
everything really easily. The image and clarity 
is wonderful and yes it does swallow batteries 
but the rechargeables are a wonder! my scanner 
even broke for a while and I took cel pic with my 
camera. They worked so well I didn’t even scan 
them when the scanner was fixed. I highly 
recommend the A70!
