Okies Im having a bit of a difficulty.. Im 
currently in Germany, and a friend in Japan has 
sourced a wishlist cel for me, unfortunatelly he 
doesnt have PayPal, and Im not at home so I cant 
make a bank transfer. Which leaves IPMO.. so the 
question is can I send an IPMO from Germany to 
Japan? And if so how do I go about it? (what is 
it called in German?)
