I have heard the same speal. Honestly, go to a 
different clerk. Ems is a possibility. Global 
priority has insurance as part of the cost. MAKE 
sure you insure it. You cannot insure a postal 
money order (or cash) (they will only pay you for 
the 4 bucks or so it cost to buy one). 

Any package going over seas can be insured (as 
long as it is legal to ship).
