moonrabbitt, drac, etc...
the sketch IS from fruits basket, but appears in 
the manga and was apparently cut from the anime. 
ore-sama was correct, he is the character from 
the pokemon-ish show that hiro and kisa watch. I 
got this manga scan from a friend of mine.

p.s. - we're really not supposed to be showing 
these sketches on yann's forum, so since the 
issue is resolved...
