Urgh, I'm not very good at photoshopping or
anything related to art. But I was browsing the
backgrounds for anything that might be useful to
me. I tried my terrible hand at putting an awesome
bkg with a cel of mine. Pretty much attempted to
erase the "white" garbage that the scanner
produced and filled with a nasty color for a
"paste transparent selection" so that the cel
could be pasted with the background. This was
tedious! Not to mention a much needed steady hand
and good eye...none that I possess.

My question: what other techniques could I use, I
don't know all the functions of PSP ver.7, so any
help is much appreciated!
