Hi Hi!

I'm a newer collector and rather confused.

Isn't a BANK cel used more than once? I thought 
that the term BANK meant it was a sequence that 
get's used over and over in the series, not just 
one moment.

Can anyone expand on this? I'm simply trying to 
understand the term, and how people view it's 
meaning.
