Don't worry: PayPal will refund you, no matter
whether you receive the cel or not. Filing a
complaint is perfectly enough (and no, I am NOT
really happy about that).
No - PayPal does offer that exact protection -
while a buyer doesn't need to proof non-receipt,
a seller needs to proof shipment, so yes, you're
safe. Plus, my buyers (I live in Belgium) always
get their cel through airmail, and except for 2
people in 4 years, all got their items by now,
undamaged.
However, airmail tends to be slow. EMS will
always deliver in a matter of days. And EMS is
guaranteed, airmail is not.
While EMS costs $25 to ship, you can get the
full refund through PayPal if airmail lost your
item.
I would go for airmail usually, but EMS is sure
safer and won't leave a seller hating you. I
learned that now.
Ciao ^_^
