I just won a pretty expensive cel auction (around 
$100) from a seller outside of the United States 
(I'm from Arizona) and am planning to pay them 
with PayPal.

I have the choice between airmail or EMS (which 
is very expensive).

Since I'm leaning towards airmail, I was 
wondering if eBay/PayPal (same parent company) 
will refund my payment in case it is lost or 
damaged, since I am purchasing it through eBay 
and PayPal?  I thought I read that somewhere but 
I don't remember?

Or do I have to pay extra for a buyer protection 
fee?

Otherwise, I may have to give EMS a good, long 
hard look, although it would cost me about a 
third of the cel's value already.

If you have any experiences with this, please let 
me know.  Thanks!
