I have 2 cels that I really really like which 
are starting to show some serious line fading. 
They both have been framed professionally and I 
thought they were not hanging in direct 
sunlight. But when I came home early the other 
day I noticed that for a short moment they do 
get sunlight. This only a short period during 
the year and only when the leaves have fallen.
I had never noticed this which is pretty stupid :

I really want those lines back but I don't want 
anything to happen to them.

Does anybody here have experience with 
restoration of faded lines? 
If so, did you have this done by a fancel artist 
or a professional?

Does restoration decrease the value of the cel?
