I've noticed too. I had over $840, that shoulda 
been 645 Euros according to Xe.com. I had a loss 
of $40 by withdrawing this money to my mum's 
account (to pay my dog). 

Then ridiculously low widthdrawing limits, 
limited acces for NOTHING, buyer-but-no-seller 
protection.... if PayPal wasn't so f*cking 
convenient, I'd have [insert random obscenity or 
cruelty here] 'em by now.
