There is a girl who runs an YST site and on it 
has a cel gallery.  She does have a disclaimer 
stating that she does not own any of the cels 
there, but that they came from other galleries 
and from ebay when the cels were being sold.  She 
says that she asked permission first when taking 
from other cel galleries, but that the ebay pics 
are free for the taking.  I have to say I don't 
agree with that logic.  On ebay the pics are 
there to let people know what they are buying(not 
to be a handy image resource for any who want 
them).  It could be that the person who buys the 
cel will not/does not want it's image in her 
gallery and yet neither the winning bidder or the 
seller are asked if the cel image can be used in 
her gallery.  Is she correct that ebay images 
are "free for the taking" or is she just 
justifying stealing images that she wants to
