Sorry, that's not exactly the same situation... I 
have this person all shipping auctions from the 
most expensive down to the cheapest.  This was an 
international so I went from Global Priority to 
EMS to regular airmail.  She asked if I could 
give her EMS shipping with airmail prices.  
Somehow I doubt that's what you were asking.  
When I said no, she asked about the unsafe 
shipping.  So a little different to your 
situation.
