You're running an ebay auction and a buyer asks 
you about shipping.  Straight forward, right?  Of 
course not.  When you give them the direct quote 
from the postal service (and tell them that it's 
a direct quote) they email back to ask if you can 
do any better on the shipping charges because 
they want to keep their costs down.   Sounds 
crazy?  Well that's what I've been going through 
for the last two days.  I know there's been 
threads about buyers not answering questions but 
people this is past the limit!  Plus, it gets 
better .... they ask for you to send them the cel 
in an unprotected envelope and to put insurance 
on it ....some people!
