Much the same thing happened to me... it was 
horrid to see a cel mangled so badly.  The 
envelope it came in was bent in two and was weeks 
late.  I dreaded opening it.  The seller was 
extreamly professtional about it while I fumed 
about the package that looked like it had been 
driven over, folded and driven over again.

It is a large cel, this is just the damaged area 
of the image, the corners got beat up as well.

Poor cel...
