You should email celga directly and try talking 
to emily.  When I was getting nowhere with 
someone else on the celga team, she really got it 
together and found my package and had it mailed 
within a week. I was very happy with the results, 
so I would reccomend asking her what's up unless 
they changed their policy towards emailing them 
directly. 

PS: Keigo will also get things done too, but I 
don't think he deals with people directly 
anymore? Not sure.
