Hmmmm, I bet I know what cel you are talking 
about ^_~  I saw an Utena cel just a couple days 
ago that I thought was gorgeous, but DAM it was 
high priced.  Ano...I dont have anything to show 
that's funny...WAIT!  Yes I do!  This cel always 
makes me laugh for some reason.  Im sorry about 
your dreamcel....if it helps...Im also in the 
same position...sort of ~_~
