The person above is right. I have scene cel's
that where practically the same cel, especially
this one ryoko i had. But on examining it, there
where like two strands of hair that didn't
exactly match up, then i saw that one cel was A8
and another A9, so that made sense.

What i would do is ask the dealer if they knew
what the cel's number was, and then after i had
that information i would ask the person who's
sight you saw the cel on and ask them for there
cel's number. If you explain to them what is
going on they won't mind sending you an email
giving the cel's number. If the number's match
up then you might be out of luck. If the
number's do match up maybe you should tell the
person what happened and see if you could
possibly buy the cel for the price you initially
intended to buy it for, or ask if you could
purchase the cel for what he bought it for. If
he agree's to either it might be good, if the
price he paid is still in your spending limits.
OTher than that it might just be rotten luck. I
saw a cel i had bought on another site before.
What happened to me was the cel was supposidly
lost while in transfer. I got my money back, but
a year later i saw my cel, it was the same number
and everything. I didn't ask the person because
he was selling it on ebay, and it had gone over
what i wanted to pay for it. blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah blah blah . . .
