I think that Mandarake is buying some of their
cels directly from studio. But they are a 
second-hand shop which mean that they buy cels 
from people that come to sell them. So it's not 
possible to be sure of every cels. But then, every 
dealers are doing the same one way or another : 
there is very few shops/dealers that can get cels 
directly from the studio. For the other cels it 
all depend on the knowledge of the sellers and 
buyers.
