I doubt anyone should worry about that, if anyone 
is buying an expensive cel, it is probably best 
to locate the exact screen cap and and compare 
the cel with the screen cap when you received the 
cel, I am sure 99% of dealers on line or Japan 
will give you a refund if any cel are proven to 
be fake, after all, reputation is the most 
important thing to a legitimate dealer.

If I am buying a Mononoke cel, I definitely would 
want to buy it from Mandarake, rather then anyone 
else, after all other dealers with Mononoke cels 
got them from Mandarake, same for Evangelion.
