I've done a few correction layers for people here 
and there (so far never more than $10 plus 
shipping).   I don't keep them in my gallery for 
obvious reasons (being they're not my cels and 
restoration work or missing layer replacement is 
rarely original) but if you'd like I'll take a 
look at your cel.  

I usually just ask people to send me a color copy 
of a cel so I can do the correction layer without 
actually having to work from the cel so there's 
no possibility it'll get damaged during 
shipment.  Unfortunately, my plate's *quite* full 
at the moment with post scavenger hunt stuff, so 
if you're desperate to get a correction layer 
done now, I'm not the person to ask.
