Does anyone know of a good cel restorer who 
charges reasonable rates? I redid my cel book 
today, and in the process of moving around my big 
honkin' Piccolo I decided I was finally sick 
enough of the pink plastic whatever it's glued to 
to justify having it removed.  So, can anyone 
recommend someone who's skilled at removing stuff 
without harming the cel?  I'd like to have a line 
layer made while I'm at it, to compensate for all 
the fading.
