No, I doubt that. I purchased some sketches from 
a seller from JPYahoo and waited three months. 
She somehow "forgot" which sketches she sold me 
even though scans were sent to her. 

Lost? Pft! *rolls eyes* Like my sketches, your 
cel may have already been sold to someone else. I 
hope this isn't the case, but it seems to be a 
reaccuring problem.  >_<
