I know that you really want those cels (I, for
one, can REALLY relate to that!), but there is
absolutely no way a person can "lose" an expensive
cel.  You would have to be a complete and total
moron or a scammer.  Request your money back from
the seller.  If they do not send you your money
back or the 5 cels, then contact Paypal.  If you
do not fall under the "Buyer Protection Program",
then contact your credit card company.  1 month is
WAY too long for any transaction.  Most likely you
will not receive your cels until you start
threatening him.  I have had many situations like
this (99% ended okay).  Be firm about this.  Best
