I was posting a message some times ago. Sorry to 
ask one more time but the situation is now really 
urgent and critical for me. 
The story : I was ordering some cels to a seller  
for a real big amount. The payement was a bit 
delayed ( around a month) through paypal for 
several reasons, because the amount was really 
big ( 5 cels in fact) and so I paid in 2 parts, 
but also for a private reason from the seller.
One of the cels is my ultimate wishlist one, from 
a wellknown serie... and the seller said to me, 
after payement, he lost this particulary cel. As 
he was in holidays for a while before and it was 
a dream cel, I decided to wait. But now it's 
around a month I have paid and nothing...The 
seller hasn't sended the 4 others cels to me, and 
the fifth one is still " lost" . As it was a real 
expensive cel I'm amazing of this but well I can 
try to believe the seller. He said it's his 
responsability and promised to refund, but as he 
is not speaking english really well I'm not sure 
to understand everything well. I let him time to 
search for it and nothing happened... 
I'd like to go to holidays this week, and so I 
think I have to contact paypal, but I still want 
the cel. And what about the others ones? Have I 
to ask for a total refund? wait? The situation is 
bad because it's a big amount( and so a lot of 
fees with paypal too ) and a wonderful cel...
I'm rather disgusting about this story :(((
