I need some help deciphering out my problem 
here.  I sold 3 dragonball cels for $2500.  The 
person who I sold it to only sent me $1184.  
Now, she is stating that she can not fulfill the 
rest of the payment and demands that I send her 
the best of the three cels (valued approx at 
$1000).  
Question:
Can I send her one of the other cels (valued at 
$800) and send her another cel for $384???  

This girl is really getting on my nerves.  She 
put my BEST 3 dbz cels on hold for 4 months.  
She stopped making payments 2 months ago.  In
