Both cels look VERY similar and the background is 
original, however it isn't an elaborate 
background.  It's a watercolor with different 
shades of green.  The charactor in the cel is so 
large you see very little of the background.  I 
was under the assumption that background was more 
important to collectors, but when you see so 
little of it does it really matter?
