Are the two cels the same price?  Are they 
similar looking?  If not, then I agree with Yann  
in chosing the best looking one.  Usually, I find 
backgrounds adding a lot to the overall look of 
the cel...BUT if the faces are turned/
profiles...then it maybe the key cel is better.   It 
just depends on which one you think looks 
better.
