Actually, it looks like it could have come from 
Dragonball GT (the series after Dragonball 
Z)...I'm not sure, but uh...she looks older in 
that cel, plus the drawing style looks more like 
GT- the thicker eyebrows, and the nose that's not 
as pointy as the other series...but I don't 
collect Dragonball primarily, so you should 
probably ask other collectors...
