yeah, the previous owner displayed it in his 
anime store in nyc because some semi-important 
person gave it to him. however, since he is not 
into anime at all, i'm sure he just tossed it at 
someone and told them to stick a frame on it. the 
whole front of the store was windows, so who 
knows...  but it is not oversized. the matting 
just covers most of the cell itself.
