It is a Japanese snake cake, very traditional 
Japanse flavor, not very sweet, but cute ^_^  
Just had to answer this...I think ix or JP could 
give you a better idea as to the taste than 
me ;) 'piyo' is the sound a chicken makes in 
Japan..and ko means small :)
