Are you serious? Healed Sailor Galaxia is:

A) only in that form for like, less than 3 
minutes total

B)Only in that episode

C) thus surely one of those "sell your kidney" 
cels in rarity. 

Personally, it's the first time I've ever seen a 
full shot of her. You could realistically wait 
for years before it came up again.

So, um. Yeah. To some ppl it could very well be 
worth $700. But I'm a sketch whore, and it's only 
a partial sketch.....
