i'm not a big sailor moon collector, althouhg if 
i was galaxia would be on the top of my list. 
but would you really pay $700 for that cel? it 
seems *just* a bit of an odd angle, indeed, but 
i would save for a cel with at least a closer 
face view if it was me. hope you resolve your 
issue,
