I have used Celga for over a year, and have had 
no problems.  It takes a bit of time to receive 
items, but Im patient.  Im just grateful the 
service is even out there.  A shop in Japan even 
lost the cel I won, and Celga was able to give me 
a full refund.  I think their fees are 
reasonable, and I like the staff very much.  I've 
never had a problem, and neither have any of the 
people I know.  Im sure you will have a fine time 
with them bidding for you ^_^
