and you don't have to deal with IPMO b/c you need 
a credit card on file. Just my opinion, but 
bidding yourself helps reduce misunderstandings 
during email requests between you and the 
Japanese DPs. Personally I refuse to use Celga, 
but that's b/c I know some people who've been 
serious worked over by them. In any event, good
