Looks like SSJ2 Vegeta (some call him super 
vegeta) fighting Cell from the Cell saga. Vegeta 
must pay?---I'm not sure of the episode # but I 
think this is the name? You'd have to watch those 
episodes to see where exactly it is, plus get a 
screen shot.
