Looks the same to me...the cel on the banner's 
even cropped on the bottom...where Si's watermark 
would be.  

That's really a shame.  This site's well known 
for taking other people's cel scans.. and I know 
for sure some of the cel owners did not give out 
permission for them to do so.  

But that's the downside for being a cel collector 
and sharing your collection online..cel images 
are taken for other's uses.  I have found a 
certain Vegita cel of mine on quite a few other 
sites before; I was very surprised.  ;p~~
