I saw the actual auctions and deciphered the 
titles.  I even bookmarked one of the old 
auctions and so was able to double-check again.

I'm about 95% sure that all those particular 
cels are from the Playstation mah-jong game, 
Tensen-Nyannyan: Gekigyouban (roughly, "Heavenly 
Daughter: ???):

Of course, the phrase that I looked up from the 
auction title [�V�喺�X] could refer to a number 
of things, but since the items were cels, I 
figured that they could only come from a game or 
animation.  So that's why I came up with the 
answer I did (it's the only thing that fit).

I did all this detective work back when I was 
researching these auctions, but alas I have 
nothing to show for it because the remaining 
cels are no longer on auction.  So hopefully you 
can derive some good from my toiling, Drac.
