...was the "leisure suit" shinma from ep 2 or 3 
(been a while, but it's one of the first; the one 
who makes the menagerie of fashion using frozen 
girls as his mannequins). I mean, really, I love 
the shinma (despite their sometimes silly 
references to objects that relate to their 
guise), they're often spiffy, but this guy takes 
the cake ^^;; He even had cheesy lapels!
